About
I was raised in a family where creativity was the key to discovering who you are.
Some of my earliest memories revolve around my father, a bookbinder and artist, throwing paint into a tub of water in the backyard, teaching my siblings and me how to make marble paper. Early on, he carefully guided my hand as I experimented with x-acto knives, paint brushes, and then later, Photoshop. These lessons taught me the value of experimentation, critique, and creative problem solving, as well as the personal value creative exploration added to my sense of self and the understanding of the world around me.
After studying Urban Planning and working on Evaluation and Strategic Planning initiatives, I discovered a strength for pairing my analytical and organizational skills with my love for design. This passion for project management and the creative process, coupled with my ability to develop systems and processes that support creative, marketing, and brand initiatives are forever rooted in the experiences and exposure I received early on in life.
